How Do I Track My Order?Once your order is processed and shipped we will send you a tracking number via email. Our preferred courier service is the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can track your order by entering in your tracking number on their website at, www.usps.com.

How Soon Is My Order Processed?Orders are processed within 48-72 hours of been placed. Orders placed on the weekend will be attended to starting the first business day.

Can I Make Changes To My Order Once Placed?No, unfortunately you can't because of accurate inventory keeping, but you can cancel it and place your order again if your order has not yet been processed.

Do You Offer Rush Delivery?Yes, at the request of the customer. Customer will have to pay the additional cost of rush delivery which would be communicated to the customer.

Do You Ship Internationally?We provide international delivery to wherever the United States Postal Service delivers to. Please refer to their website at www.usps.com to see which countries they deliver to. International deliveries rates will depend on the country of destination. Please note that in instances where per country governing rules import taxes, duties and tariffs apply customer will be responsible for paying such cost.

How Do I Return An Item?Enclosed in your purchase is a card which you can use to return your purchase. Please fill out the form in its entirety and mail back with your return to the address on the card, For a return to be acceptable item(s) must be in original packaging unused, unaltered, undamaged with hang tags attached.

What Is Your Return Policy?NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY. Returns for exchange or store credit is ONLY APPLICABLE IF ITEM(S) IS/ARE RETURNED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY. For a return to be acceptable item(s) must be in original packaging unused, unaltered, undamaged with hang tags attached, If your return is acceptable for exchange/store credit we will notify you via email within 48-72 hours of receiving your return. Customer is responsible for the cost of mailing return or exchange. A new flate rate shipping cost will apply to the exchange. For new shipping charges, the customer will have to send it via paypal with order/exchange number in the subject line. ACCESSORIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
